Our customer service is extremely important to us and every member of the Guy Leonard & Co strives to provide the best possible service to each and every one of our clients.
We ask all our sellers and buyers to complete Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires so we can measure how we are doing. This enables us to constantly evaluate and improve our service.
Below are a selection of genuine comments from Questionnaires completed by our clients:
What are we good at? Restoring our faith in Estate Agents. It is a great shame that GL&Co is the exception rather than the rule but at least they are there to maintain standards. Nothing was too much trouble and at times they were the only people we felt were helpful and constructive.
Is there a member of our team you feel requires recognition? Peter Hossack (but the rest of the team were brilliant as well). Professional in every way. A brilliant communicator and someone who we felt was taking care of us.
