There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make under the Scheme, and you will be paid £25 when a landlord you have referred instructs us as lettings agents. You will be paid another £25 when the first tenant moves into the property. Please see below for full terms and conditions of the scheme.

Terms and Conditions

• Properties referred must be within Guy Leonard & Company's local area i.e. West Sussex. If you are unsure if a property would qualify for referral payments under the scheme, please contact us.
• The Guy Leonard & Co Landlord Referral Scheme is open to people who are able to refer a landlord with a property to let to the company (Leonard & Moore Estate Agents Ltd, t/a Guy Leonard & Company) that has not already been valued or offered for let previously by the company.
• The initial payment of £25.00 is payable to the introducer when the landlord has signed our standard terms of business, which will run for a minimum period of six weeks, at the advised valuation of the company.
• A further £25.00 is payable to the introducer upon the successful commencement of the first tenancy. Payment will not be made for any subsequent tenancies.
• The Scheme will only pay once for each property introduced. In the event of two or more referrals being received for the same property, only the first referral received will be accepted.
• Referrals must be in writing by email or post with full details of the introducer and the Landlord being introduced and their property to let.
• Guy Leonard & Company reserves the right to withdraw or amend the scheme at any time without written notice.
