Growth in Lettings

Guy Leonard & Company are seeing a good level of growth in their Horsham Letting Department.  We are delighted to have found ideal tenants for one of our landlords who has two properties within the perimeters of her own home.  As a new client she had appointed us to market her properties in competition with other agents but Karen Loy’s marketing skills won through and she was successful in letting both properties.  As a company we promote our properties extensively but our ethos is to find the best tenant for our landlord, this is not always the first person who shows interest.

We have recently secured a new instruction on a property near Horsham having been through an interesting selection process by the landlord and initially being one of seven agents asked to tender for the business.  We were delighted to be assessed in this way as we believe that our service is second to none and we were able to provide testimonials and references for our new client.  We are now looking forward to bringing another new property into our portfolio.

We currently have a register of active tenants who are seeking good quality properties in the area, some preferring Horsham town centre, others looking for the more rural location.  Our letting team accompany at all viewings as this is essential to building a rapport with the applicant and helps us to match the right tenant to the right landlord.

We offer a full range of services for our landlords and would always prefer to meet with a potential client, or to speak on the telephone if more appropriate, so that we can tailor a package that suits our clients’ needs. 

As a multi disciplinary practice we can often help our clients with their forward plans.  Our sales team can assist with the purchase of a property if appropriate and we have a holiday letting company, Amberley House Cottage Holidays, who can often help with someone short term accommodation needs.

We have recently been successful in finding a tenant for this three bedroom family house in Horsham at a rent just under £950.00 per calender month as well as a very pretty cottage in the village of Washington at £650.00 per calender month.
