WHAT A START TO THE NEW YEAR!

2010 has got off to a flying start for Guy Leonard & Company Residential Letting Department.

The terrible weather did slow things down for a while but we had surprisingly few maintenance catastrophes!!  Since the snow cleared we have been overwhelmed with viewings and our properties are letting well.  So much so that we have almost sold out and are desperate for new properties.

Our Horsham Office is busy expanding their residential letting department and no sooner is a new instruction on our books that a tenant is found.  We are running a promotion offering discounted commission as we are anxious to gain new landlords.  As ever our focus is on excellent customer service and both our landlord and tenant testimonials back this up.

In Storrington we already enjoy a very good market share but again we are striving to increase this as well as building our portfolio in Arundel and beyond.

One of our new tenants in Horsham had this to say:-
